Honestly I already have like 3 classes on top of my head that I will potential choose from but non the less I always like to read a good discussion about tiers lists. Very high stagger and destruction. Need good knowledge of mechanics due to attack delays. But I've played all the classes and I have the most fun playing the Artillerist. It is slow to level up and the class doesn't get fluid till t3. I don't think there are any winrate stats publicly available, but soulfist is a good class in PvP in my opinion. It has really strong burst. When you're not in hype level 3 your damage isn't very good but you can focus on peeling for teammates until you have your burst back up. As someone who has a lot of characters and does friends' raids for them and have played most classes. Peace maker gunslinger is the most fun for me since it gives a lot of options for different situations, and learning skill rotations for each situation is hard to master but fun to play. My 2 cents. You can say most classes are brain dead unless you’re speaking about burst damage classes or “build meter and spend” which normally don’t allow low cooldowns. Otherwise OP. Tai Scrapper has had a lot of popularity lately as it has good DPS, low cooldowns, high mobility, and solid counter.Artillerist isn't really that ranged. I play close/mid. You need to have fun with class you play. Period. Otherwise you won’t get better at playing the class which it ultimately comes down to. A B tier scrapper could potentially get MVP over S+ tier classes if it is played well and the player knows the mechanics etc. The class can stay at mid range and just dish out damage even if the guardian gets in your face you can just shield or use a ability with protection ruin or one of the build in shields in the damaging abilities. Just over all a really fun class, it’s like a male sorceress but doesn’t hit as hard and can actually take a few hits. My favourite class is arcanist, but it's not really a good choice for a new player. Very investment heavy and takes quite a bit of practice to pilot it. Like the screen just blows up playing sorc. Blade was really fun going in and out of combat. Gunlancer was fun being able to just face tank with your shield up and still do good damage and have cool abilities. Paladin has a lot of cool looking aoes Gunslinger can be another good choice, though you're squishy, you have plenty of mobility, and your range on snipe can help you get uptime on mechanics.
